Nguyen Thi Lien – Deputy Director of the Global Women’s Network and President of the Global Women’s Club of Quang Ngai Province – was recently honored as one of the Top 50 Women of the Year, a typical role model of a modern woman: dedicated, strong-willed, and highly responsible to the community. Under the leadership of President Nguyen Thi Lien, the Global Women’s Club of Quang Ngai Province has developed strongly, becoming the club with the largest number of members in the system, with nearly 200 members. Not only is the club large in number, but it also stands out for its spirit of solidarity and vibrant activities. This unit boasts numerous highly-rated cultural and artistic programs and dance performances, participates in the most exchanges and travel, and is always actively present at events of other clubs. This achievement bears the strong imprint of the leadership, organization, and networking skills of Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien.
As an exemplary leader, a good listener, and someone who always respects her colleagues in the leadership team as well as all members, Nguyen Thi Lien has built a close-knit, loving, and united team. Therefore, she is not only a skilled leader but also a beloved sister and friend to all members. She is instrumental in the strong development of the Global Women’s Club of Quang Ngai Province. In September 2025, she was honored by the Global Women’s Network and awarded the Golden Lotus Connection Cup; she deservedly deserves to be recognized as one of the top 50 women of 2025.
