Born in 1960 in Tuyen Quang City, Mrs. Phan Thi Kim Dung is a prime example of a modern woman, embodying a harmonious blend of intelligence, strength, elegant beauty, and a heart always focused on the community. She has over 32 years of experience in the healthcare sector, a long journey intertwined with responsibility, medical ethics, and a spirit of service to the people. Throughout that time, she has always been recognized by her colleagues and local people for her dedication, professionalism, and compassion.
After retirement, instead of choosing a life of leisure, Mrs. Phan Thi Kim Dung continued to dedicate herself to charitable activities. She actively participates in the “Joining Hands for Community Health” group, directly contributing to programs providing free medical examinations and medication to the poor and those in difficult circumstances. For her, continuing to care for public health is not only a professional responsibility but also the simple happiness of a doctor who has dedicated her life to others.
Beyond her compassionate nature, Mrs. Kim Dung is also a lover of culture and art, and always maintains a positive outlook on life. She is a member of the Vietnam Poetry Association, loving poetry as a way to nourish her soul. In addition, she is passionate about Dancesport, a discipline that helps her maintain her health, elegant demeanor, and youthful energy. This harmonious blend of intellect and art has created her unique, captivating, and inspiring aura.
In 2021, Mrs. Phan Thi Kim Dung founded the Vietnam Elegant Ladies Association of Tuyen Quang province, a precursor to activities connecting, sharing, and spreading beautiful values within the women’s community. Currently, she is the President of the ASEAN Ladies Association of Tuyen Quang province, always dedicated to leading and uniting women with a spirit of solidarity, civility, and compassion. She also regularly contributes to the Fund for Poor Students and the Tuyen Quang Provincial Education Promotion Fund, silently supporting the dreams of studious children.
